Brian West and his wife of twenty years, Lesa, and their two children, Kyle and Mitch have lived in the Raintree community for the past twelve years. He has over 28 years of landscape experience and is currently working at Turf Designer and Landscape here in Lee's Summit. He has been very active in the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and has served on the Common Ground and Siltation Committees since moving to Raintree. While serving on these committees, he has learned with all the development of shopping centers and other subdivisions being developed near our lake, we need to constantly be watching and interacting with state and city officials to ensure we protect our community that it continues to provide a safe and beautiful environment for all to enjoy. He has a strong commitment and is willing to continue to invest his time towards keeping our neighborhood property values up and to insure that the dues we pay go toward the upkeep of the common ground and our amenities. He also feels that it is important to maintain the water quality of our lake to insure that residents can enjoy water activities. Brian's term expires March 2012.
Jeanne and her husband John, have lived in Raintree Lake for 33 years. They have four children and nine grandchildren who all live in this area. Jeanne retired from Shook Hardy and Bacon law firm as a legal administrator. She is a member of the Heartland Legal Secretaries Association. While living in Raintree, Jeanne has served on the Raintree Lake Common Ground Committee, is a current member of the Raintree Lake Garden Club, and Raintree Clubhouse Renovation Committee. Jeanne's term expires March 2012.
Tim and his wife Judi moved to Raintree Lake in June of 2004. Tim owns a Mechanical Contracting Business established in 1972. He has been an avid boater most of his life, boating on the Missouri river for 14 years and at the Lake of the Ozarks for 26 years. He has been a member of the Lake of the Ozarks Yachting Association for 12 years, served as Harbor Master for three years, Director for 7 years and Commodore “President” for the year of 2004. He was elected on the Board of Directors for Raintree Lake, March of 2005. Tim is responsible for recording all votes, and keeping minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the board and members. Tim worked hard on seeing the boat slip project through. Tim's term expires March 2013.
Kusgen
Bruce Kusgen and his wife, Jennifer, have lived here with their four children, Lauren, Megan, Trevor and Bella since 1998. They own and operate All Pro Laundry Equipment, located in Lee's Summit, since 1990. Bruce has gained a lot of knowledge over the years (bidding jobs, dealing with subcontractors, plumbing, electrical, concrete flat work, etc.) and knows how to make a dollar stretch. Bruce's term expires March 2012.
Tim, his wife Julie and their children moved to Raintree 5 years ago. Tim is currently employed with Honeywell. His background is in Procurement and Contract Negotiations. Tim's term expires March 2013.

Brenda served a previous term on the Board during 2008 & 2009 along with the Activities Committee and Raintree View. She is interested in serving the community yet again. Brenda and her family have lived 17 years on the Cass County side of the lake and enjoy the amenities and beauty of Raintree Lake. Brenda is a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker All American Realty in Raymore, MO. Brenda's term expires March 2013.
