Architectural Review Board

Mission:

The Architectural Review Board, also known as the ARB, regulates the external appearance, use, and location of the homes at Raintree and has been charged with the responsibility of preserving and enhancing property value at Raintree. The ARB ensures that homes built at Raintree are constructed to meet the qualifications set in the covenants of the Association. Each builder must sign an application and a builder's contract. The application and the contract are kept in the office. The ARB also regulates home improvements to ensure they are within the guidelines of the Association. No new construction nor improvements to an existing structure may be initiated without approval of the Architectural Review Board. Contact the office for more details or attend the ARB meeting.

Deadline for submitting plans is the Saturday before the meeting!!
