Raintree Lake represents as excellent value when comparing annual assessments to the wealth of amenities available
to the exclusive use of residents and their guests. The Raintree Lake clubhouse can be rented for functions and the
pontoon boat can be rented at a lower cost than surrounding lakes or Jackson County Parks and Recreation.
Raintree also offers swim docks, courtesy and loading boat docks, playground equipment, an Olympic-sized, zero-entry
swimming pool, snow sledding, scores of activities, and miles of walking trails all included as part of the annual assessment.
