Our Community:

Raintree Lake

With over 7.5 miles of shoreline and 1,200 acres surrounding a 240-acre lake, Raintree offers its residents much in the way of recreation from fishing to swimming to boating to waterskiing.

Raintree Lake is a community of 1,850 homes located off Highways 150 and 291 in southern Lee's Summit, MO.

Raintree Drive and Raintree Parkway, our main thoroughfares, provide quick and easy access to the entire community.

The Raintree Lake community is unlike any other in the Kansas City area.  The community offers a privately owned 240 acre lake (220 navigable acres) stocked with largemouth bass, white crappie, bluegill, and channel catfish.  The lake offers high-speed boating to the delight of many skiers.  Swimmers can choose from the no-wake areas along the shoreline or the Olympic sized, zero-entry pool next to the clubhouse.

Those who prefer land can walk along one of the many winding sidewalks along the 7.5 miles of public shoreline, play at the playground, meet at the clubhouse, or tee-off at one of several nearby golf courses.  The Raintree Lake community is full of amenities.

Breathtaking views are found around every corner and down every street.

The Raintree Lake Clubhouse is the focal point of community interaction.  Board meetings, committee meetings, and community events all occur here.  The clubhouse can also be rented for your special occasion.  Adjacent to the clubhouse is Raintree Lake's Olympic size pool with water slide.

The Raintree Lake community is located in southern Lee's Summit south of Highway 150 and west of Highway 291.
